Our designs are fully customisable and range from 245m2 (26 squares) to 479m2 (52 squares).

For those clients wishing to create their own design we offer a one stop shop that provides the following:
• One on one meeting with our sales and design team
• Assistance to create a design brief that fits within y our budge t
• Production of a floor plan that reflects y our design brief
• The ability to provide one additional set of amendments to y our concept plan free of charge
• Further follow up with our sales team to identify and capture the level of inclusions that you require to finishing items in your new home ie. Benchtops, taps, lighting etc
• Private meeting with our external colour consultant to select y our internal and external colour schemes
• The creation of a coloured front façade with your choice of colours
• A meeting with our External Electrical specialist to identify, mark up and price all electrical, home theatre and smart wiring requirements for your new home
