The Casablanca 44 is a luxurious design that has been purpose made for acreage living. The feature of this home is the raised porte cochere at the front of the home. This spacious front entry sets the scene for the sheer grandeur and opulence that this house design provides. A contemporary façade that is purpose made for this home provides a mix of design elements that include render, feature brick, front timber deck and stained timber linings to the raised portico.

Upon entering the home you have a large home theatre which could easily convert into a 5th bedroom if you required. The living, family, dining and kitchen areas are ensconced by a grand alfresco area that provides wonderful vistas out to the right hand side and rear of the property. The alfresco linings are done in stained timber and provide a real “queenslander” feel to the home. Depending on your planting of choice a private courtyard for a hidden garden enables a very tropical feel to be achieved within the home.

Design options to this home include a spacious entertainment room which could double as a 6th bedroom or granny flat. A bathroom and small kitchenette complete this amenity.

A large swimming surrounded by a rear gazebo provide the family with a dream entertainment area. The gazebo comes complete with a day bed, bbq and kitchenette facility.

A heritage barn to the rear of the property and mini basketball court located behind the garage complete the list of upgrade options on this home.
